The peppers will be sautéed, beans boiled and meat sizzled at the 8th Annual Riverwalk Chili Cook-off.
Amateur and professionals are invited to form teams and battle for the title of “BEST Chili in Fort Lauderdale”, with the winning team receiving qualification and paid entry fee into the WORLD OPEN CHILI CHALLENGE (Amateur Division) at the World Championship Chili Cook-off. Chili aficionados of all ages, Riverwalk members and supporters and the adventurous public will participate in this sampling of original Chili recipes, and vote for who has the “Best Chili in Fort Lauderdale”!
