The world famous Fort Lauderdale Water Taxi has reopened with limited weekend service on Saturdays and Sundays from 12pm – 8pm. This is roundtrip service from Stop 1 (Riverside Hotel) to Stop 6 (BeachPlace) – There is no hopping on or off at the stops in between. The cost has been reduced to $20.00 per ticket and you can get off or ride roundtrip all day. Not only is the adult price reduced, kids ride free on weekends (through August 31).
Pandemic Precautions: The Water Taxi is practicing extra safety protocol including the sanitizing of boats, disinfectant on common and high traffic areas and contact surfaces, limiting the handling of cash/credit card, checking guest’s temperatures before boarding.
This is a great opportunity to enjoy some time on the water while seeing Fort Lauderdale’s unique waterfront homes and communities.
