Flagler Village was once an industrial warehouse district that in recent years, has seen explosive growth. It’s now home to a variety of art studios, restaurants, bars, breweries and homes. There’s no shortage of residential options in Flagler Village: Plenty of townhomes, New York City style lofts, mid-rise and high-rise luxury apartment rentals and condos.
The trendy Flagler Village neighborhood, located in downtown Fort Lauderdale, is just north of Las Olas Blvd and Broward Blvd, south of Sunrise Blvd. For a map of the neighborhood, click here.
A popular recurring event in Flagler Village (pre COVID) has been the ArtWalk. On the last Saturday of every month (except for December), the event attracts locals of all ages (many with pets) where art galleries open to showcase new exhibits, local vendors sell crafts – And of course a variety of food and entertainment is in abundance.
With such close proximity to the area’s main thoroughfares including Broward Blvd, Sunrise Blvd and Federal Highway, you’re just minutes away from all Fort Lauderdale attractions including Las Olas Blvd, Fort Lauderdale Beach, Port Everglades and the financial district.
